Agri Square Vendor Terms and Conditions

By signing up as a vendor on Agri Square, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. By ticking the checkbox and signing up, you confirm your acceptance of these terms:

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
1.2 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your business operations, including your products and services, comply with all local, state, and national laws.

2. Product Listing and Quality

2.1 All products listed must align with Agri Square's focus on agriculture and value-added agricultural products.
2.2 You must ensure that your product descriptions, images, and details are accurate, complete, and not misleading.
2.3 Products must meet safety, quality, and hygiene standards applicable to their category.

3. Prohibited Products

3.1 Vendors are prohibited from listing:

• Illegal or restricted items as per government regulations.
• Products containing harmful or banned substances.

3.2 Agri Square reserves the right to remove any product deemed inappropriate or non-compliant without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payments

4.1 Vendors are responsible for setting their own product prices, inclusive of all applicable taxes.
4.2 Payment will be processed through Agri Square's payment gateway, and any applicable fees will be deducted before remittance to the vendor.
4.3 Vendors will receive payments within the time frame specified by Agri Square, subject to successful order completion.

5. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

5.1 Vendors must ensure timely fulfillment of all orders as per agreed timelines.
5.2 Vendors must package products securely to avoid damage during transit.
5.3 Agri Square will assist with shipping logistics; however, the vendor is responsible for updating order statuses and providing accurate details.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Disputes

6.1 Vendors must accept returns or refunds in accordance with Agri Square's return policy.
6.2 Any disputes arising from customer complaints will be resolved in consultation with Agri Square, and the vendor's cooperation is mandatory.

7. Vendor Conduct

7.1 Vendors must maintain professional conduct when dealing with customers, Agri Square representatives, and other stakeholders.
7.2 Any misuse of the platform, such as fraudulent activities or abuse, will result in immediate termination of vendor privileges.

8. Platform Fees and Charges

8.1 Vendors agree to pay any platform fees or commission rates specified by Agri Square.
8.2 Failure to settle outstanding fees may result in suspension or termination of vendor accounts.

9. Termination and Account Deactivation

9.1 Agri Square reserves the right to suspend or terminate a vendor's account for breach of these terms or any other reason deemed valid by Agri Square.
9.2 Vendors may request account deactivation by providing written notice to Agri Square, subject to settlement of any pending obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Agri Square shall not be held responsible for losses, damages, or liabilities arising from the vendor's actions, products, or failure to comply with these terms.

11. Amendments

11.1 Agri Square reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tamil Nadu.
